WayBack sells QR-code sticker sets designed to help reunite lost belongings with their owners. Each sticker links to a unique page that allows a finder to send a message to the item owner’s registered email — no app, battery, or GPS tracking is required or used.

• All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by WayBack. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
• You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed. This confirms receipt of your order, not our acceptance of it.
• You are responsible for providing accurate order, shipping, and contact information. WayBack is not liable for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information supplied by the buyer.

• All prices on the Site are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through PayMongo, our third-party payment gateway. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, and select over-the-counter channels.
• WayBack does not store or have access to your full payment card details; these are handled directly by PayMongo in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
• We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Prices in effect at the time your order is confirmed will apply to that order.

• Orders are shipped within the Philippines via JRS Express or Shopee Express. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout or via confirmation email.
• Risk of loss or damage in transit is covered under our Return & Refund Policy for items that arrive defective or non-functional.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed; delays caused by couriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of WayBack.

• WayBack stickers are a passive, message-forwarding tool. We do not guarantee that a lost item will be recovered, only that the sticker will function as described to enable a finder to contact you.
• You are responsible for keeping the email address linked to your sticker(s) accurate and up to date via your WayBack account or registration page.

All content on the Site — including the WayBack name, logo, branding, product designs, and website content — is the property of WayBack and protected under Philippine intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our branding or content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WayBack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or Site, including failure to recover a lost item. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Batanes, Philippines.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
